1. Agreement to Terms
By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking with Jannat Studios.
2. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
- 40% of the total amount is due before the event date
- The remaining 30% is payable upon delivery of final edited content
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 60+ days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before: 25% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before: No refund
- Rescheduling is allowed once without additional charges (subject to availability)
4. Service Delivery
- Edited photos will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package
- Videos will be delivered within 4-8 weeks depending on the package
- All photos and videos will be delivered via online gallery and USB drive
- Rush delivery is available at an additional cost
5. Copyright and Usage
- Jannat Studios retains copyright of all photographs and videos
- Clients receive a license for personal use of the images
- We reserve the right to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes
- If you prefer your photos not to be used publicly, please inform us in writing
- Commercial use of images requires written permission
6. Event Coverage
- Coverage time starts and ends as specified in the contract
- Additional hours can be added at the rate specified in your package
- We require a detailed timeline of events at least 2 weeks before the event
- Meal arrangements should be provided for our team during long events
7. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
- We are not responsible for weather conditions affecting outdoor shoots
- In case of extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust plans
- Force majeure events may require rescheduling without penalty
8. Equipment and Backup
- We use professional-grade equipment with backup systems
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure, we have backup equipment available
- All images are backed up immediately after the event
9. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details and timeline
- Inform us of any special requirements or restrictions
- Ensure venue permissions for photography are obtained
- Designate a point of contact for the event day
10. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
- We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control
- We carry professional liability insurance
11. Editing and Retouching
- All delivered images are professionally edited
- Our editing style is natural and timeless
- Minor retouching is included; extensive retouching may incur additional charges
- We do not provide unedited/raw files
12. Travel and Accommodation
- For events outside Nanded, travel and accommodation costs are additional
- Travel arrangements should be confirmed at least 30 days before the event
- Accommodation should be provided for multi-day events
13. Disputes
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mutual discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nanded courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
